If you are looking for the superior flavor and health benefits of grass-fed and grass-finished lamb, look no further! Our Katahdin lambs are born, raised, and finished on grass with no hormones, chemicals, or harmful additives. They are free-range and as natural as you can get.
We have our lamb processed in a USDA-inspected facility. The cuts are Cryovac packaged and are sold by net weight, just like in a store. We can deliver them to your home or office.
Our lamb is a seasonal product and is generally only available for purchase in the Fall. You can reserve lamb at any time, however, and we will let you know as soon as it is ready to deliver.
