We sell whole and half-order lambs, processed to your specifications. We also sell individually-packaged cuts of lamb processed in a USDA-inspected facility.

We offer home delivery in the Rio Grande Valley of New Mexico between San Antonio and Española including Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Socorro and many points in between.
